Ingredients
2 slices of healthy B bread
2 eggs
Half an onion sliced and diced
Your allowance of cheese
Pinch salt
Pinch pepper
Method
Crack both of your eggs into a bowl add your salt & pepper then whisk. Coat both of your b slices with the whisked egg, spray a frying pan with low calorie spray then add your coated bread to the frying pan on a medium heat once the slices are cooked on one side turn them over and add your cheese and onion to one slice so the cheese can melt whilst the other side cooks. once cooked remove from the pan and add your slices together cut and enjoy with a side salad.
