Ingredients
500g beef steak mince 5%
Red and green pepper
2 red onions
Red and green chilli
3 garlic cloves crushed
200 ml chicken stock
3tsp mild chilli powder
2 tsp paprika
1 tin chopped tomatoes
3 tbsp tomato purée
Method
Spray a frying pan with low calorie spray, Add the mince to the frying pan on a low/medium heat. Cook for 2-3 minutes drain any fat from the mince using a colander then return to the pan and add the pepper, onions, mild chilli powder, paprika and the garlic. Give it a good mix! Add the tin of chopped tomatoes, chicken stock ,tomato purée and chillis. Mix all together and leave to simmer for 10-12 minutes or until the sauce thickens. Stirring regularly 🤤
Serve with rice and a fresh salad
